She might be a little hard to approach, but getting to know her is worth it, her knowledge on various subjects is impressive. She is able to offer helpful answers and advice to those who ask and she trusts.
she is so well known around the town that there are many rumors surrounding her, like how she's at the bar everyday, or how some have spotted her outside of the bar and she seemed like a whole different person.

Smeshnoy has said that she was raised in a circus, thats all. nonetheless, many town residents still theorize that she must've been a "MKUltra" victim, which is obviously not true.
