Raimund is a mysterious, self-proclaimed abductee living a reclusive life beside a widely unknown shortcut connecting two major highways.
He keeps a low profile; not even locals know much about him, and some assume his isolated home to be vacant. Those that know of his existence find Raimund and the circumstances surrounding him to be perplexing.
Most of the time Raimund keeps his face hidden and refrains from talking. The only thing he'll let you know about him is the "extraterrestrial abduction" he has survived, but there are details he purposefully leaves out.
Ever since Raimund moved to the edge of the community, there's been a slight increase in mysterious disappearances in the area. The majority see these tragedies as just unfortunate accidents resulting from the deep woodland covering a large part of the territory, but what they don't know is that for the most part Raimund had been involved in many of these disappearances.

Following his "abduction," Raimund had developed an uncontrollable yearning for human flesh. Despite his severe "guilt," he keeps taking advantage of lost drivers to satisfy his urges that seem to be more important than others' lives.
During his moments of cruelty, his demeanor changes drastically to the point of becoming unrecognizable. Eerily silent and focused, he kills and devours his meal like a starving animal..
Raimund could be described as a cannibalistic serial killer, although he doesn't like to be called that. He feels very ashamed and would rather hide the reality.

Because of his crimes and past "abduction", Raimund suffers from debilitating paranoia. He shies away from electronic devices due to senseless delusions of being surveyed through them. He often finds himself in a state of panic over things that may seem stupid to others but are very real to him. In addition, he has a strong fear of embarrassment, easily feeling such at his own actions. It's one of the reasons he had chosen to become a hermit. He hasn't tried to overcome these issues, as he's ready to give up and cry whenever faced with any challenge. He's not good at standing up for himself, which results in him being easily taken advantage of or being too forgiving towards those who don't deserve it.
His only way of coping is seeking refuge in religion, with most of the walls in his house being covered in crosses. He prays to one day be saved from the violence (that he causes..) and his countless other mental problems.

He's crazy The only thing known about his former life is "the abduction." He has never mentioned his childhood or his family.
The only proper connection to his past is the mysterious money envelopes sent to his mailbox every month, a large amount of money from an unknown source.

Maybe he knows more than he lets on, or maybe his memory is truly gone.
