AVARA is a powerful and efficient antivirus program who feels disdain towards archaic programs, old web design, and anything she sees as "not modern enough." The reason she holds this strong opinion is her belief in modern program superiority. To her, they're clean and above the rest.
What these programs AVARA so insults don't know is that she has a secret kept hidden from everyone.. she herself is an ancient program from decades ago. Her claims of modernity are nothing but a false facade; she'll lie to keep up as long as she can.

AVARA has trained herself to be as competent as other antiviruses programmed after her; however, she still has her struggles due to "old age." She isn't able to traverse the computer as well as others, filling this missing skill with strong determination.
AVARA may have her grudges towards old programs, but they do hate viruses so much more; she was created to destroy them after all.
She has zero empathy towards these malicious infections. She doesn't care about their screams, cries, or their attempts at trying to "speak sense to her." The only thing in her mind is the thought of catching and being able to eat its prey after the work is done. She will not hesitate to push themselves to the limit to achieve this.
The majority of viruses that come in contact with AVARA see her as stubborn and foolish because of this mindless persistence. Was programmed on august 4th 2002 and is the first released version of her program.
